What products can a flow wrapping machine pack?

Biscuits, bread, cakes, candy, rice crackers and mooncakes, as well as face masks, daily necessities and hardware – almost any product with a regular shape. It is the most widely used horizontal packaging machine in food factories.

What is the difference between a rotary and a reciprocating flow wrapper?

Rotary cross-seal jaws rotate continuously for high speed and suit most standard products. Reciprocating (box-motion) jaws move with the product, giving a longer sealing time for thicker laminated films and products that need a stronger seal.

Can the flow wrapper connect to an automatic feeding line?

Yes. Our flow wrapping machines connect directly to our automatic feeding lines, so products are aligned, distributed and fed into the wrapper automatically with less manual labour.

What is a bottom-film (inverted) flow wrapper used for?

With the film fed from below, it suits soft, irregular or hard-to-push products such as cakes, bread, vegetables and multi-pack bundles.
