●Main performance features：
(1) The fully automatic High-Speed Servo Flat Mask Machine uses a PLC control system to complete the material loading, folding and pressing, nose bridge loading, ultrasonic welding, mask forming, mask cutting, ear strap loading and welding, and finished product unloading in one go. The entire production process is automated and continuous and efficient.
(2). Intelligent control platform, human-machine interface parameter setting is convenient and fast, the operation is simple and easy to learn, and one person can operate multiple machines at the same time.
(3). High production stability, low failure rate, and small floor space.
(4). When the roll material and nose bridge are out of material, photoelectricity (optical fiber) detects the raw materials and automatically stops the machine to avoid waste.
(5). The earband realizes automatic welding through ultrasonic waves. The earband welding machine adopts 8-servo bus control, which is stable and high-speed.
(6). The stacking quantity parameters of finished products can be set to meet different packaging needs.
